Eggs and plantain are food eaten by most people. Although, it can be eaten at anytime of the day, but mostly taken as breakfast. Eggs can be cooked, fried or scrambled. Whichever way you choose to eat it, it’s fine. It only depends on your choice.

Plantain can also be cooked in different ways and also can be fried. Every thing depends on your choice. As a matter of fact, plantain can be eaten either unripe or ripe. But if you want to get a sweeter part of plantain, it is when it is ripe.

In this article, I want to show you how to make nice scrambled eggs and fried plantain for your breakfast though, It can be eaten as lunch or even dinner.

Ingredients include Plantain, eggs, pepper, vegetable oil, onions, fresh tomatoes, and salt.

Procedures for making the scrambled eggs

Just break your eggs into a plate, add your sliced onions, pepper and fresh tomatoes. Add salt, then add little water to it, then stir it well and pour in a pan of hot oil.

For the plantain.

Just slice your plantain into pieces, then fry in a pan of hot vegetable oil. Your plantain is ready, serve with the scrambled eggs. It’s a very easy method which can be done at anytime. You can enjoy the meal with any drink of your choice.
